SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Hotshot Collection offers products from multiple manufacturers and suppliers. Hotshot Collection is operated by Hotshot Mall Inc.
Because products may ship from different locations and may require different delivery methods, shipping costs, delivery services, processing times, and delivery estimates may vary by product.
Please review the individual product page for any product-specific shipping and delivery terms before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud review, product availability, and confirmation with the applicable supplier or fulfillment partner.
Supplier-direct and specialty orders may require additional verification before they are submitted for fulfillment.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the manufacturer or supplier has accepted or begun processing the order. For products subject to final-sale terms after supplier confirmation, those terms become applicable as described on the product page and in our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Destinations
Hotshot Collection currently focuses on shipping within the United States.
Shipping availability and charges may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, remote locations, and other destinations outside the contiguous United States. Customers ordering for these locations may be contacted regarding availability or additional freight charges before an order is finalized with the supplier.
International shipping is not generally offered unless specifically stated on the applicable product page or arranged in advance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the product, supplier, destination, and delivery method.
Some products include standard shipping in the advertised price. Other products may have shipping, freight, residential-delivery, white-glove, installation, or other charges calculated or quoted separately.
Any product-specific free-shipping offer applies only as described on that product's page.
TruComfort Massage Chairs
Standard curbside delivery is included at no additional charge for eligible TruComfort massage-chair orders within the Continental United States when stated on the applicable Hotshot Collection product page.
Curbside delivery means the shipment is delivered to an accessible exterior location, generally at or near the driveway or curb. Curbside delivery does not include bringing the chair inside the residence, room placement, assembly, installation, removal of packaging, removal of an existing chair, or navigating stairs or other interior obstacles.
Because massage chairs are large and heavy, customers should review the product and package dimensions before ordering and ensure that the delivery location can accommodate the shipment.
TruComfort has advised that white-glove delivery may be available as an optional service and that installation, when available, is quoted separately. Do not assume white-glove service or installation is included unless Hotshot Collection confirms it in writing for your order.
Additional charges may apply to shipments outside the Continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other locations. Contact Hotshot Collection before ordering if your delivery address is outside the Continental United States.
Oversized and Freight Deliveries
Certain Hotshot Collection products may ship by freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
Freight carriers may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available for any required delivery appointment.
Additional charges resulting from missed appointments, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, inaccessible delivery locations, storage, redelivery, or customer-requested delivery services may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Delivery Access
Before ordering an oversized product, customers should verify:
• Driveway and curb accessibility
• Doorway, hallway, elevator, and stair dimensions when applicable
• Product and packaging dimensions
• Any building or community delivery restrictions
• Whether additional people or professional movers will be needed after curbside delivery
Hotshot Collection and its suppliers cannot guarantee that an oversized product will fit through a customer's doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, or intended installation area.
Delivery Estimates
Any processing or delivery dates provided by Hotshot Collection, Shopify, a manufacturer, supplier, or carrier are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by product availability, supplier processing, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, remote locations, appointment availability, or other circumstances outside Hotshot Collection's reasonable control.
We recommend that customers not schedule installers, contractors, travel, or other time-sensitive services based solely on an estimated delivery date.
Tracking and Delivery Communication
Tracking information will be provided when available. For freight shipments, the carrier or supplier may contact the customer directly regarding scheduling or delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address, email address, and telephone number.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Customers should inspect packages and merchandise as soon as reasonably possible.
For freight and oversized deliveries, inspect the exterior packaging for visible damage before the carrier leaves whenever reasonably possible. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier's delivery documentation and take clear photographs of the packaging and damage.
If a product appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Hotshot Collection promptly at support@hotshotmall.com. Keep the merchandise, original packaging, shipping materials, photographs, and delivery documentation while the matter is being reviewed.
Do not discard damaged packaging or return a product without instructions from Hotshot Collection, the applicable supplier, or manufacturer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Contact us immediately if you discover an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been submitted to a supplier or carrier.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or create a right to a refund.
Supplier-direct, specialty, oversized, freight, or final-sale products may remain subject to their applicable purchase and return terms if delivery is refused.
Charges associated with refusal, return freight, storage, redelivery, or an undeliverable shipment may be deducted from an otherwise approved refund or charged to the customer where permitted by law and consistent with the applicable product terms.
Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates a shipment may have been lost in transit, contact Hotshot Collection so we can review the shipment and coordinate with the appropriate supplier or carrier.
White-Glove Delivery and Installation
White-glove delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, installation, packaging removal, and similar services are not included unless specifically stated or purchased for the applicable order.
Availability and pricing depend on the product, supplier, carrier, and delivery location.
Multiple-Item Orders
Products in the same order may be supplied by different manufacturers or fulfillment partners. As a result, items may arrive separately, use different carriers, and have different delivery schedules.
